Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a form by email to be presented upon your arrival at Le Mandrie di Ripalta.

Please note that at the time of confirmation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount will be required.

Payment can be made by credit card.

Booking Policy 2026

From 01/04/2026 to 06/09/2026 – Flexible cancellation: 7 days
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. The total amount will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days before arrival.

From 07/04/2026 to 22/04/2026 – Flexible cancellation: 3 days
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival. The total amount will be charged for cancellations made within 3 days before arrival.

From 23/04/2026 to 20/10/2026 – Flexible cancellation: 7 days
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. The total amount will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations that do not comply with the above conditions will result in the full amount of the reservation being charged.

In the event of a no-show (failure to cancel and non-arrival), the total cost of the stay will be charged.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

The total amount will be charged if the reservation is cancelled at any time after booking.
