Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a form by email which you will show to your

arrival at Le Mandrie di Ripalta.

Please remember that upon confirmation we will require a deposit of 30% of the total amount .

Payment can be made by credit card.
If you don't have this option, contact us for more information on other payment options.

REGULATIONS AND RESERVATIONS

Reservation Regulations 2026:

From 02/04/2026 to 17/04/2026 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the full amount if canceled within 3 days before arrival).
From 18/04/2026 to 15/09/2026 flexible cancellation 7 days (The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer pays the full amount if canceled within 7 days before arrival).
From 09/16/2026 to 11/01/2026 flexible cancellation 3 days (The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the full amount if canceled within 3 days before arrival).
In case of cancellations made without respecting the rules listed above, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
If the customer does not cancel the reservation and does not occupy the room reserved for him, he will still have to pay the full cost of the stay.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

The customer pays the full amount if he cancels at any time after booking.
